The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to design, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive scholar virtual platform. This platform will serve as a secure and efficient interface for families, approved education vendors, and program administrators, ensuring transparent interactions among all parties.
Key components of the platform must include online application and eligibility determination, a digital wallet and payment processing system, vendor and service provider management, an integrated e-commerce site, and robust customer service support and training.
