Key components of the platform must include online application and eligibility determination, a digital wallet and payment processing system, vendor and service provider management, an integrated e-commerce site, and robust customer service support and training. Additionally, the platform should feature data visualization and reporting capabilities, as well as the ability to support implementation or conversion needs if required. A contractor-hosted solution is required.

The system should provide the state agency with administrative user management features as specified through collaboration between the contractor and the agency. A pre-bid meeting for interested parties is scheduled for February 5, 2026.
