The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order to 3DB LABS INC of West Chester, Ohio for one year of software support and maintenance for the SCEPTRE–PRO–ITAR software (P/N: SCEPTRE–PRO–ITAR–MNT1). This procurement will be conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is not open for competitive bidding unless clear evidence is presented that competition would be advantageous to the government.

Interested parties may submit information demonstrating their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement by the specified deadline. Responses will only be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. The government reserves the right to proceed with a noncompetitive award if it determines that no suitable competition exists.
