DESCRIPTION

The procuring organization seeks a vendor to design and develop the SBI Sanjeevani dashboard to support monitoring and management of MMU operations. The selected provider will be expected to conduct a detailed requirement analysis with SBI Foundation and implementation partners, review existing mobile medical unit operational processes and data sources, and prepare both Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).

The scope also includes designing the data architecture, workflow architecture, dashboard wireframes, and a role-based access control framework. The dashboard is intended to provide real-time GPS visibility of all MMUs, live operational status of each vehicle, route planning and adherence monitoring, village-wise and district-wise coverage tracking, geo-fencing-based arrival and departure verification, planned-versus-actual route comparison, coverage gap analysis, and missed village reporting.

In addition, the system must capture and monitor patient registrations, consultation records, diagnostic services delivered, service-wise beneficiary counts, Maternal and Child Health services, vaccination services, sickle cell screening, and treatment history. Questions related to the opportunity must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
