A New York organization is seeking a qualified vendor to support the migration of its existing SAP ECC system to SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. The project includes the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as well as Workforce Forecasting and Scheduling solutions, with a focus on modernizing HR and business processes in line with SAP best practices.

The selected vendor will provide SAP technical consulting services, collaborate on the development of a comprehensive business blueprint, and oversee the migration of custom developments, reports, and necessary system integrations. The project scope also encompasses the integration of S/4HANA with non-SAP systems, optimization or decommissioning of legacy customizations, and enabling end users to access Fiori applications across multiple devices.

Key requirements include enhanced functionalities for Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), civil service–compliant employee management, configurable HR workflows, advanced reporting and analytics, as well as support for complex pay structures, position budgeting, and headcount reporting. All updates and changes must be auditable, and the solution should support mass data updates, retroactive adjustments, and bulk processing. Project completion and go-live are contingent upon successful data validation and acceptance criteria, including payroll parallel testing.
