Ontario is seeking a SAP Certified Archiving Solution that is cloud-based, web enabled, and compatible with both SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8 and SAP S4/HANA. The proposed solution must enable users to access archived data using SAP web technologies such as Fiori and SAPGui for HTML. It should support the archiving of all available SAP Archiving Objects, including custom objects, and accommodate data scenarios such as SAP Concurrent Employment.

The solution must handle storage and archiving of SAP business content, including data extracts, reports, attachments, and print lists, while providing secure access in accordance with standard SAP Security protocols. It should feature mechanisms to record all actions on archived data, including change and manipulation attempts, and support retrieval and import of archived data back into SAP as required.

The selected contractor will assist with the setup and configuration of archiving policies for all current functional areas, including Custom Objects and Extensions, and provide support for the configuration of processes and jobs related to policy execution.
