(1) Vendor needs to provide SAP archiving solution. Mandatory Requirements– The contractor's proposed solution must be a cloud–based architecture. The contractor's proposed solution must be web enabled and allow users to access the archived data using existing SAP web enabled technologies (e.g., Fiori & SAPGui for HTML). The contractor's proposed solution must be a SAP Certified Archiving Solution. The contractor's proposed solution must be compatible across both SAP ERP 6.0 EHP8 and SAP S4/HANA. The contractor's proposed solution shall allow the archiving of all available SAP Archiving Objects. The contractor's proposed solution shall allow the archiving of custom objects. The contractor's proposed solution shall support the archiving of data objects for the Board's SAP Concurrent Employment scenario. The contractor's proposed solution shall allow the storage and archiving of SAP business content such as data extracts, reports, attachments, and print lists. The contractor's proposed solution shall allow secure access to the archived data using standard SAP Security. The contractor's proposed solution shall implement mechanisms to record all actions performed on the archived data, including changes and manipulation attempts. The contractor's proposed solution shall include the ability to retrieve and import archived data back into SAP as required and supported by SAP. The contractor shall assist the Board with the setup and configuration of the archiving policies associated with all current functional areas within the TDSB, including Custom Objects and Extensions. The contractor shall assist the Board with the setup and configuration of all processes and jobs required to execute the archiving policies adopted. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 4, 2026.
