DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Salesforce implementation services to support grants, incentives, and operations management processes. The chosen partner will design and configure a secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce-based solution to support program operations, enhance reporting and transparency, and establish a foundation for future growth.
Key services include conducting discovery and requirements analysis, designing and documenting solution architecture—including data models, security models, and integration strategies—and configuring both sandbox and production Salesforce environments. Integration of relevant SaaS and proprietary applications used in daily operations (such as Microsoft 365, monday.com, FastLane Next Generation, Outlook, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MuleSoft, and SAP ERP) will be critical. The project also requires grants and incentives management functionality, contract and document management, role-based access controls, and utilization of Salesforce Artificial Intelligence (AI) features such as Einstein for predictive analytics and record insights.
The scope further includes designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations (using MuleSoft or other Salesforce-approved platforms), implementing AI-driven functions to support prioritization and analytics, as well as providing post-implementation support and maintenance, including system enhancements and backlog management. The contract period is set for three years.
