(1) Vendor needs to provide salary benchmarking and job description software. – Job description automation to track revisions, and export approved versions to applicant tracking system. – Software functionality, data management practices, benchmarking methodology, integration capabilities, and support framework. – Provide a complete salary database with an automated platform that aggregates and presents data at the 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles for all levels of positions. – Provide a centralized repository for all job descriptions with tools to easily collaborate on edits and approvals. – A delivered market pricing software solution has standard calculations associated with benchmarking and market pricing jobs. – Provide for the downloading, reporting and forwarding data as an image or in Excel, CSV or pdf formats to managers and leaders. – Provide for collecting, analyzing, and pricing jobs within a few clicks intuitively and easily. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on November 06, 2025.
