KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be an established firm with a minimum of five years of experience providing Safety Management Systems
Must be financially stable
Must provide a minimum of three public sector client references
Must have sufficient labour, equipment, and resources to provide services
Must provide Commercial General Liability insurance of at least $2,000,000 per claim
Must provide Automobile Liability insurance of at least $2,000,000 per claim
Must provide Cyber/Privacy Breach Liability insurance of at least $5,000,000 per claim
Must be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the City of Moncton as an additional named insured
Must comply with all Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws, acts, regulations, bylaws, and codes
