(1) Vendor needs to provide routing software solution.– The provision of a cloud version of their route optimization solution.– Uses a route optimization software in the engineering services department to identify the most cost–effective routes, reduce mileage, save time, streamline route planning, and gain insight into route performance.– The existing solution is an on–premise system.– Intends to continue using this product platform to support ongoing operational needs within the engineering services department.– Cloud solution for architectural and security objectives.– Report key information to management including vehicle route optimization, estimation of travel times, payload weight.– User–efficient interface for data inputs, processing, optimization parameters, and outputs.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
