(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based mandatory reporting and mortality data management system.– Provide hosted and managed modernized and unified database management solution.– Modern and user–friendly and intuitive solution that allows for recording mandatory wildlife mortality inspections (checks) and reports for hunters, road kills, and federal removal.– System will support field staff to easily enter inspection and survey data on a computer and a mobile device.– Creates a modern and intuitive user experience with online and offline capabilities.– Streamlines data entry.– Improves performance of data queries and reporting.– Provides easy access to analysis and reporting tools including ad hoc reporting.– Provides an offline service to accommodate field staff with no connectivity.– Expands analyses and reporting capabilities.– Provide a means for digitally documenting mortality inspections and accommodate the unique requirements and processes for each species and type of mortality.– Design a mobile data entry application that goes along with the new system, which would allow for field staff to collect data without network connectivity.– Solution must interface with other terrestrial databases via API for the terrestrial staff to conduct complete reporting on mortalities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 14,2025.
