(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based automated asset management solution. • System Health and Analytics: real–time dashboards for device uptime, tag battery status, location accuracy, utilization metrics, and predictive analytics for asset demand and workflow optimization. • Data Governance and Cybersecurity: HIPAA compliance, encryption, security standards, VA Authority to Operate (ATO) and Enterprise Risk Analysis (ERA) support. • Testing and Validation: factory/site acceptance tests, accuracy verification, performance and failover testing, and data quality checks. • Installation and Deployment: site readiness, hardware installation (readers, gateways, BLE beacons), asset tagging, and zone configuration. • Requirements and System Design: workflow discovery, architecture for CenTrak RTLS/RFID/BLE integration, coverage maps, and unified asset data model. • Technology and Project Management: master project plan, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Software Interface Compatibility: The Contractor shall propose a software interface that integrates seamlessly with solutions for asset tracking • UI Integration with Inventory Systems: The Contractor shall ensure that at least one proposed User Interface includes a fully functional interface with current inventory management systems.
