(1) Vendor needs to provide test security incident reporting portal.– Provide a secure test security incident reporting portal (TSIRP) for districts to enter incidents surrounding potential test security violations that occur during state testing.– Test security incident reporting portal can handle a large influx of data at one time across the state with minimal outage situations occurring that may potentially hinder this process.– Generate a unique Incident ID number for each incident.– Automatically generate date and time incident is entered.– Sign on page for each district’s district test coordinator with a secure login name and password.– Portal must be able to identify which test security team member processed each violation by sign–on credentials.– Allow the authorized district personnel to input information into the fields using a drop–down menu.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5,2025.
