(1) Vendor needs to provide print management and technology reservation system to the government authority located in city. – The system currently utilizes 83 desktop Windows PCs, 43 additional devices, 5 print release stations, and supports approximately 3,000 – 5,0000 computer user sessions per month.– Ability to interface with other software and hardware systems, including Polaris ILS.– Library system includes three branch locations and an administrative office.– The new system shall serve as a complete software replacement for the current platform, and should include:– Print Management.– Technology Reservation.– Supplementary library services, including payment processing.– Integration with Polaris integrated library system (ILS).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2025.
