(1) Vendor needs to provide portable outdoor large–format screen solution to the government authority located in Kitchener, ON. – Provide information on systems that could provide the functional and operational characteristics: • Screen Intent:– Large–format outdoor display suitable for public gatherings.– High visibility in daylight and night–time conditions, including recommended screen features such as refresh rate, brightness, colour gamut, and optimal viewing distance.– Product documentation, including technical sheets, diagrams, or photos of the proposed system. • Portability and Deployment:– System is anticipated to be portable and suitable for frequent transport between event locations.– Please confirm if setup and teardown time is under 90 minutes. • Media & Connectivity Capabilities:– Live camera feeds.– Movie playback.– Audio integration with external sound systems. • Durability & Maintenance: – Ability to withstand varying outdoor conditions as appropriate to the region.– Routine maintenance requirements.– Expected lifespan of display and hardware components. • Availability for ongoing service, maintenance, or repair support (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026.
