RFI for Media Relations Tool

A Georgia state agency is seeking to procure a media relations tool for 16 users under a one-year contract. The agency requires access to an all-in-one platform, specifically CisionOne, which offers comprehensive real-time media monitoring and journalist outreach capabilities.

The desired features include an extensive and accurate media contacts database, the ability to monitor various media types such as newspapers, television, radio, and online outlets using keyword tracking, and proactive media outreach functionalities. The platform should enable users to create and update customized media contact lists tailored by location, outlet type, and reach for distributing news releases and communications. Additionally, robust reporting tools are required, with the ability to export lists of media outlets—complete with newsroom email addresses and phone numbers—to Excel, Word, or other Microsoft platforms.
