(1) Vendor needs to provide media relations tool.– Agency seeks to acquire access to CisionOne: All–in–One Media Monitoring & Journalist Outreach Platform– The Contractor shall provide 16 users with the CisionOne: All–in–One Media Monitoring & Journalist Outreach Platform– CisionOne is an extensive and all–inclusive, real–time media monitoring and contacts database that will allow the Media Relations staff to effectively conduct targeted media outreach and monitoring activities• Media Monitoring– Includes a large database of comprehensive, current and accurate lists of media contacts.– Ability to monitor all types of media, including newspaper, TV, radio and online.– Ability to monitor news by key words and phrases• Proactive Media Outreach– Provides ability to create and update customized lists of media contacts for distributing news releases and other communications to media contacts.– Provides ability to customize lists by location, outlet type and outlet reach• Reporting Tools– Offers ability to easily create an exportable (to Excel, Word or other commonly used Microsoft platform) list of media outlets – not individual contacts – with newsroom email addresses and phone numbers(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business
