A project based in New Jersey is seeking small business vendors to deliver enhancements, support, and modernization of a Life Insurance Policy Administration System (LIPAS). The selected vendor will be responsible for ongoing sustainment, license management, and enhancement of the overall LIPAS solution. Planned enhancements include the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to automate business processes as well as modernization of system interfaces with other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities involve building, delivering, and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines that support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) for cloud-based applications. Vendors will also be expected to develop and uphold procedures for automated testing aligned with Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies. Tier Two and Tier Three help desk support must be provided from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Additional tasks include providing administrative support for Windows and Linux environments, managing government-approved cloud resources across various environments (such as Development, SQA, Pre-Production, and Production), and designing comprehensive application monitoring plans with dashboards.
