(1) Vendor needs to provide life insurance policy administration system. • Provide enhancements, sustainment, and license management of the overall LIPAS (Life Insurance Policy Administration System) Solution • Enhancements include implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate business processes and modernizing interfaces with other VA enterprise systems. • Build, deliver, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines for implementing CI/CD for cloud applications. • Tier Two and Tier Three help desk support shall be available from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday except for federal holidays • Develop and maintain a CI/CD procedure to support end–to–end business processing and automated testing to support Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies • Provide administrative support for Windows and Linux systems. • Manage Government approved cloud services and resources including creating and maintaining comprehensive Product environments in the Government Cloud, such as Dev, SQA, Pre–Prod, Production. • Define, develop, and deliver application monitoring plan, including dashboards.
