Vendor needs to provide HR integrated system that can support several HR functional needs, specifically: • Automating employee onboarding and offboarding • Replacing our current applicant tracking system • Automating our performance review processes across five (5) bargaining units plus, • The system must be capable of managing all these functions and interfacing effectively.
