Agency is seeking an ERP vendor and solution that align with the following characteristics: Modern, Cloud–Native ERP Platform; True SaaS, multi-tenant or single-tenant cloud deployment; Regular feature releases and automatic updates; Strong security posture (SOC 1/SOC 2, MFA, SSO/IdP support). Proven experience with utilities, fiber networks, or field–service–centric organizations: experience supporting network operators, utility service providers, telecommunications, municipal broadband, or field–service–intensive industries; understanding of inventory, construction projects, asset management, service orders, and multi–entity accounting complexities. Strong multi–entity, multi–brand, and multi–location capabilities: shared chart of accounts, intercompany processing, role–based data separation. Comprehensive functional footprint including: financial management (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting), inventory and warehouse management, project accounting and construction job costing, CRM, order management, and service delivery.
