Vendor needs to provide electronic licensing management software. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to collect information about what is currently available in the marketplace that could meet the goods or service requirements of the Province for Electronic Licensing Management Software (ELMS). Features requested include: mobile and offline data entry, integrated scheduling and workload management, automated workflows and e-signatures, secure portals for operators and third-party users, robust auditing and reporting tools, account management, licensing administration and management, reportable incidents management, documents and information management, complaints management, collision reporting management, and inspection management. All questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026.
