The Province of Alberta is seeking information from vendors regarding electronic licensing management software (ELMS) solutions. The purpose of this Request for Information is to assess available products in the marketplace that can address Alberta's requirements for electronic licensing administration and management.

The ideal solution should offer features such as mobile and offline data entry, integrated scheduling and workload management, automated workflows, e-signature capabilities, and secure portals for both operators and third-party users. Additional functionalities sought include comprehensive auditing and reporting tools, account management, incident and complaints management, collision and inspection reporting, as well as robust document and information management systems.

Vendors interested in participating should note that all inquiries related to this RFI must be submitted by February 18, 2026.
