The organization is seeking qualified small businesses to develop a new version of the AMLDB web application, enhance its associated GIS components, and significantly improve the application's overall security, performance, and accessibility.
The selected vendor will draw on preferred application code and design principles from the existing AML Web application to accelerate the redevelopment process. Key objectives include increasing the application's capabilities, usability, resiliency, and stability, as well as addressing known security vulnerabilities and optimizing data architecture for better performance. Enhanced user functionality, such as improved data management, advanced reporting, and 3D data viewing, is also required.
The project will emphasize compliance with DOC ETSD web accessibility standards to ensure access for all agency stakeholders. Additional deliverables include comprehensive documentation, robust test plans, CI/CD script development for improved DevSecOps workflows, and long-term support capability. An agile software development methodology is to be employed throughout the project lifecycle.
