Washington seeks a cloud-based, multi-channel customer service request management system with advanced analytics, integration, and public dashboards.
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer service request management system– The proposal outlines the design of a unified system that gives residents, businesses and visitors a single, multi–channel, centralized platform for customers to report non–emergency issues, request services, and access city information, while providing the agency with powerful data for efficient response, performance tracking, and community engagement– The agency Platform is built to be cloud based, scalable and integrated with major work management systems across the agency, multi–lingual and equitable access for customers and delivering real time dashboards and analytics for agency leaders• Enhancing customer engagement through AI–driven, omnichannel tools• Improving cross–departmental integration via modern API and event–driven platforms• Leveraging advanced analytics and real–time dashboards for improved insights and proactive service delivery• Increasing transparency and trust through public–facing dashboards and open data initiatives(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
