Provide paratransit and on-demand computer aided dispatcher and automatic vehicle locator (CAD/AVL) system implementation and in developing scheduling efficiencies that benefit customers. Solution must be able to grow with ridership demand and future growth. Proposed solution shall take into consideration the high-level scope areas below: Information Technology, Integrations, Hand-held mobile applications, Operations, Performance, On-Board Equipment, Central Systems, Data Management, Maintenance, Security and Reporting.
