An authority in New York is seeking responses from marketing services providers regarding advertising opportunities on charging dispensers located statewide. There are currently 278 charging dispensers at 66 stations, with projections to expand to approximately 400 dispensers at 87 stations. The selected provider will be expected to review both existing and upcoming sites, evaluate available space for decal and placard advertising, and estimate the annual net revenue per dispenser that could be generated by hosting advertisements.

The provider will recommend strategies for establishing and executing a multi-year marketing agreement for these advertising opportunities. Key responsibilities will include securing advertisers, managing the bidding process for available space, screening ads for compliance, creating approved marketing collateral, and quoting fixed fees for network-wide advertising on a six-month basis. The authority will retain the first right of refusal on all ad copy, with certain sites subject to additional restrictions. The contract will cover a one-year period, during which the provider may retain a portion of ad revenue as compensation for these turnkey services.
