(1) Vendor needs to provide charging dispenser marketing services – The Authority is seeking input to provide recommendations on the set–up and execution of a multi–year marketing agreement. Agency now maintains 278 charging dispensers at 66 stations around the State and expects approximately 400 charging dispensers at approximately 87 stations around the State. The agency is requesting a Marketing Services provider to review the list of existing and in development charging dispenser sites, review the amount of space available for decal/placard advertising signage, and estimate a per dispenser per year net revenue payable to the Authority for hosting advertising on the dispensers. The Authority is also requesting a Marketing Services provider provide recommendations on the set–up and execution of a multi–year marketing agreement. Agency will maintain first right of refusal on all ad–copy, certain sites may face additional right of refusal based on site host or federal program participation. The Marketing Services provider will keep a portion of revenue paid by entities for advertising to provide these turn–key marketing services. These services will comprise of identifying and bidding out space for advertising, screening advertising for inappropriate content, creating the marketing collateral to the approved space. The Marketing Services provider will also provide a quote for fixed 6–month term per dispenser network wide advertising. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
