(1) Vendor needs to provide information on systems that can track funding sources, monitor actual expenditures, support future planning, and provide robust reporting capabilities capital project budget and planning software– Desired System Capabilities– Key functionalities should include:• Integration with Tyler Enterprise ERP and Project mates• Ability to import project revenue and expenditure data, including budgets, actuals, projections, and available balances• Ability to report project details by allocated general ledger accounts• Ability to generate fund–level reports with itemized project details• Ability to maintain and produce reports for up to 10 years of capital planning (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
