Vendor needs to provide capital improvement database system. Provide a software solution that allows project managers, stakeholders, and other employees the ability to review and update project statuses and track project information in a centralized system. Should be cloud-based, hosted, hybrid, or support any other delivery models, encouraging respondents to describe the flexibility and scalability of their solution. The system should offer centralized tracking of capital and other managed projects, with project status updates accessible to authorized users. It must support tracking of schedules, milestones, budgets, and expenditures, include role-based access for users, and provide reporting and dashboard capabilities for management and executive oversight. The solution should offer a public-facing dashboard to share application project information, ensure data consistency and auditability across departments, support APIs for integration with other systems, and work across desktop and mobile devices. Single sign-on (ideally via Azure Entra) is preferred. All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2026.
