(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced traffic management systems. • AI enhanced sensor–based detection using radar, video, or hybrid solutions; • Dynamic, real time signal control based on actual traffic conditions; • Multi–modal prioritization, including pedestrians, cyclists, and transit; • Incident detection capabilities; • Cloud based central management and performance analytics; • Compatibility with existing signal controller protocols • Demonstrated success in deployments in other cities of comparable size; • Collect data and identify near misses.
