(1) Vendor needs to provide accounts payable automation software. The agency is seeking information and budgetary estimates to inform a possible future procurement process. The software must integrate smoothly with the agency, with preference for solutions that are specifically tailored to work with the agency. The software must provide workflows for the review, approval, and coding of invoices in PDF format and other logical formats (.jpg, .png, etc.). The software must provide a method of storing electronic copies of original invoices and the ability to either link that information to the record within JDE or store it directly within the JDE record. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2026.
