DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Las Vegas, Nevada seeks a qualified vendor to remove and replace the existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System in their Data Command Center (DCC). The selected contractor will be responsible for the full demolition of the existing UPS and the installation of a new UPS system complete with batteries.

To ensure uninterrupted operation of all data center racks during the transition, the vendor must provide a temporary UPS power system, which will be connected to the building’s emergency generator. This includes supplying and installing all necessary temporary power cabling and distribution to each rack. Installations must not interfere with DCC exterior door security and should be safeguarded against tampering or accidental disconnection.

All vendors are required to submit any questions related to the RFP by June 18, 2026.
