DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, seeks a qualified vendor to replace its physical access control system. The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive design narrative and analysis for all relevant technical disciplines, such as architectural, mechanical, and fire protection.

The project requires the architectural and engineering (A/E) team to conduct a full design walkthrough with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at the 95% completion stage and incorporate any necessary changes before finalizing the 100% submission. All designs must comply with applicable VA Engineering and Design standards, handbooks, manuals, guides, schedules, criteria, and other requirements.

This is a one-year contract opportunity set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
