Cornell University is seeking design services to address end-of-life potable water and sanitary sewer infrastructure at Hedrick and Sturtevant Halls. The scope includes existing conditions assessment, field investigation, evaluation of utility infrastructure, development of recommended improvements, preparation of design documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, coordination with university stakeholders and regulatory agencies, bidding and procurement support, and construction administration and project closeout services.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Consultants must have appropriate approvals to practice in New York State
Must demonstrate relevant expertise and successful completion of projects similar in size and scope
Must demonstrate experience and qualifications of key personnel in planning, organizing, and executing similar projects
Must provide a Subconsultant Staffing List including MBE, WBE, and SDVOB participation
Must provide references for design and construction administration of similar projects in public and educational settings
