The primary focus is on maintaining and supporting FileMaker Pro systems that are essential for Human Resources, Finance, Timekeeping, Asset and Inventory Management, and third-party reimbursement tracking.

The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, secure, and efficient operation of FileMaker Pro and other related database management platforms. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, incident response, and recovery services around the clock. The scope also covers supporting core workflows in timekeeping, budgeting, and reimbursement, with future plans for payroll integration as part of upcoming ERP modernization efforts.

Additionally, the vendor will advise on ERP readiness, data migration strategies, and modernization opportunities while helping to refine and improve processes within HR, Finance, and Asset/Inventory modules.
