Regular Stewardship Services (Due September 1, 2026)

A government authority in Honolulu seeks a vendor for one year of regular stewardship services at a monthly flat rate. The work includes planning, access management, outreach, operations, safety, collaboration, and reporting.

Must have a minimum of five years of experience on projects of similar size and nature
Must be registered and incorporated or organized under the laws of the State of Hawai'i
Must have no outstanding balances owing to the OHA
Must provide proof of compliance with Section 3-122-112, HAR
Must maintain a physical office location with a telephone number and electronic mail address
Must provide a certificate of insurance for commercial general liability, personal and advertising injury, umbrella liability, automobile insurance, and workers compensation
Must have a demonstrated relationship with Kūkaniloko and the Wahiawā community
Must be established within the Wahiawā community for five or more years
Must have experience with cultural and/or educational programs with local schools and community organizations
Must be familiar with preservation regulations
Must have experience with native plant restoration and traditional land stewardship practices
Must be able to meet the definition of custodian or caretaker under HRS 476
