The vendor will provide regional photography and video production services. For each authority area, the assignment requires a minimum of 50 final photographs, captured as wide shots or in formats suitable for design and advertising applications, including vertical, horizontal, or panoramic compositions. For each authority area, the vendor must also provide at least 10 minutes of B-roll video. Audio and soundtracks are not required because the footage will be used as stock material.
