The County is seeking vendors to provide recruitment advertising and job distribution solutions that fully integrate with its existing workforce management platform, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The solution must allow for direct ingestion of job posting data from Oracle Fusion through secure and supported integrations such as APIs, HCM Extracts, or equivalent approaches. Automation of the distribution process is required, ensuring approved job postings are submitted to major job boards, public sector employment sites, and occupation-specific platforms relevant to public sector recruitment.

The selected solution must ensure consistency in job content, formatting, and County branding across all distribution channels. Synchronization with Oracle Fusion is critical so that postings are updated or removed to match status changes initiated within the platform. Data integrity must be maintained, avoiding duplication and ensuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM remains the authoritative data source.

Additionally, the solution should support tracking mechanisms, such as campaign identifiers or tracking URLs, to attribute the sources of applicants within Oracle Fusion. Comprehensive reporting and analytics functionality are required, providing access to dashboards and regular reports that measure job posting performance, impressions, clicks, applications, and applicant source data, all fully aligned with the County’s Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
