(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation software update services.– A complete, turnkey recreation software platform that can support agency operations through a single, centralized system.– Solution must be capable of supporting year–round use by administrative staff, seasonal staff working at multiple locations, and the general public through a modern, customer–friendly online portal.– Support intuitive and user–friendly online reservations, registrations, memberships, and point–of–sale transactions from customers’ phones.– Platform must accept modern payment methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless Tap–to–Pay options.– Platform must enable scheduled communications through both email and SMS channels.– Platform must be completely responsive and web–based, delivering consistent functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices without requiring native mobile apps.– Solution must deliver a visually driven discovery interface enabling intuitive browsing of programs, facilities, campsites, and membership options.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
