(1) Vendor needs to provide record drawings searchable electronic archive solution.– Information on a sharable, stable, searchable database that can hold at minimum 100,000 one sheet PDF drawings of the archive construction drawings of the buildings– Software solution that is relatively flexible, intuitive and easy to use by both internal agency staff tasked with updating and adding content to the database and also to all the users that will interact with the search engine itself.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2025.
