Key tasks will involve developing a visual mockup of the entire website, showcasing the structure and layout of all major pages with placeholder text and graphics to illustrate intended design and functionality. The new branding assets, including the logo, will be deployed across digital platforms such as the website, social media, digital and print communications, as well as event signage and merchandise. The vendor is responsible for migrating all existing resources, including news articles, event listings, images, videos, and documents, to the new site.

The selected vendor will prepare and populate the site for launch with all approved content and ensure robust search functionality. Hosting and maintenance services must include regular security and software updates, bug fixes, troubleshooting, and up to 12 hours per month of additional technical support for minor website improvements.
