(1) Vendor needs to provide real–time crime center software platform.– The system will serve as a central hub for real–time data integration, situational awareness, and analytical support to enhance public safety operations,– Software platform that consolidates data from multiple sources, computer aided dispatch (CAD), records management software, video, and license plate readers, into a unified, real–time operational view.– Integration with city and third–party camera systems (Avigilon and Genetech); live streaming, PTZ control, video bookmarking, and evidence export.– GIS–based map interface displaying incidents, units, and data layers such as crime heatmaps and resource locations,– Customizable dashboards, crime trend visualization, and on–demand reporting.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 18, 2025.
