The State of Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a real-time crime center software platform that will act as a central hub for data integration, situational awareness, and analytics in support of public safety operations.

The desired software platform should be capable of consolidating data from multiple sources, including computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems, records management software, video feeds, and license plate readers, to present a unified real-time operational view. The system must support integration with both city and third-party camera systems such as Avigilon and Genetec, offering live streaming, PTZ control, video bookmarking, and evidence export features.

Additional requirements include a GIS-based map interface for displaying incidents, units, and various data layers like crime heatmaps and resource locations. The platform should offer customizable dashboards, crime trend visualization, and allow for on-demand reporting, thereby enhancing decision-making and operational effectiveness for public safety agencies.
