The selected vendor will provide and support a web-based tool for implementing the Random Moment Time Study (RMTS). The solution must include ongoing support to agency staff, ensuring the Moment process is completed accurately and in full compliance with requirements. Within fifteen calendar days from the start of the initial performance period, the vendor must deliver a finalized work plan and timeline to the agency.
The vendor will be responsible for implementing all services associated with RMTS, including comprehensive technology controls. Requirements for the electronic data collection system encompass access control policies and procedures, application deployment certification, configuration management, data exchange, and ensuring digital accessibility and usability. Additionally, the vendor must address the impact level of agency data, providing support for assessment, authorization, monitoring, awareness and training, contingency planning, identification and authentication, incident response, ongoing maintenance, and media protection. All bidder questions are due by June 9, 2026. The anticipated contract term is two years.
