DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking information from vendors capable of providing deployment and training services for a radiation therapy quality management system. The engagement includes identifying key project personnel, including an Executive Sponsor, Project Manager, IT Lead, and Clinical Lead; developing a communication plan; and coordinating dependencies required to initiate the project.

The vendor will install the quality management software application and associated server components on designated production servers, configure server and database components according to vendor specifications, and apply the purchased machine-specific licenses. The vendor will also assist with SSL configuration using an agency-provided certificate, Windows firewall configuration, and treatment-machine configuration, including preparation of verification records for each machine.

The work further includes collaborating with Medical Center staff and the oncology information system vendor, as needed, to configure and test the storage and query/retrieve of studies between systems. The vendor must confirm that a single oncology information system instance is configured to communicate with the quality management system. The contract period will be one year.
