Puppet Enterprise Advanced Subscription Services (Closed)

Must provide Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) or Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs)
Must implement Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) for all users accessing confidential data
Must use encryption standards approved by UT Austin and defined in NIST SP 800-175B Rev. 1
Must undergo annual vulnerability and penetration testing for websites or portals processing confidential information
Must comply with TX-RAMP requirements for cloud computing services
Must not use University data for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models without written authorization
Must maintain insurance coverages including Workers' Compensation, Employer's Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Business Auto Liability
Must perform criminal background screenings on all individuals performing services on campus
Must comply with the Immigration and Nationality Act regarding employment eligibility verification
Must comply with Texas Government Code regarding disclosure of interested parties (Form 1295)
