DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a full-service firm to provide comprehensive public relations services aimed at enhancing its public image, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring effective communication of its initiatives and operations. The selected firm will counsel and assist with the research, development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate and business media relations across diverse forums, including traditional print and broadcast media, contemporary presentation formats such as Prezi and small-format video, as well as digital and social media.

Responsibilities will include providing a dedicated team for research, strategic planning, implementation, and tracking of results; designing and producing promotional or collateral materials like brochures and newsletters; editing and producing the annual report or similar documents intended for public distribution; and developing informational press packets or media releases. The vendor will assist in producing media to promote agency events, identifying and pursuing cooperative promotional opportunities with other agencies, and providing recommendations for promotional and informational campaigns.

Additional duties encompass conducting market or program surveys, aiding in client education strategies, planning and escorting media for agency-coordinated train rides, project management for events, and supporting project planning, development, and rollout. The contract term will cover a period of two years.
