The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive public relations and marketing services. The selected contractor will enhance and expand strategic communications plans and implement effective tactical communications using a combination of paid, earned, and social media approaches. Responsibilities include developing a Trust-wide communications strategy that aligns with the agency’s mission, statutory duties, strategic priorities, and beneficiary needs.
The contractor will advise on messaging for key initiatives, grantmaking, and stakeholder engagement, establish performance metrics for outreach efforts, and support the release of media materials such as press releases and op-eds. They will create and maintain media lists for statewide and regional distribution, offer media training, and provide rapid response communication during emerging issues or crises. Campaign planning and implementation to boost awareness of the agency’s priorities and programs is also required, alongside the development of creative campaign materials across digital, print, radio, TV, and social media platforms.
Additional responsibilities include producing regular reports on campaign effectiveness, supporting content updates for web, social media, and newsletters, creating high-quality design products (e.g., reports, infographics, presentations), and developing templates and brand-consistent tools for agency use. The contract is for a three-year period.
