DESCRIPTION


The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide public outreach services in support of a pavement management program. The selected contractor will be responsible for developing and distributing public information materials, including door hangers, postcards, flyers, and project identification signage. Services must also support multilingual communication and telecommunications device for the deaf capabilities to ensure accessible public engagement.
