The vendor will provide public engagement services to support a comprehensive plan update. The work includes facilitating monthly project management status meetings with city staff, preparing meeting agendas, and coordinating regularly with City staff and the comprehensive plan project management consultant throughout the engagement process.
The selected vendor will develop a comprehensive public engagement strategy aligned with project objectives and Metropolitan Council engagement requirements. The strategy will include activities to validate the community vision and identify community priorities, values, and cross-cutting themes to inform the Comprehensive Plan.
The vendor will plan, facilitate, and document at least two major community engagement events, along with additional activities such as pop-up events, interviews, or other targeted outreach opportunities identified in the engagement strategy.
