(1) Vendor needs to provide public address (PA) system refresh service.– Develop a design that supports paging, intercom, bell schedules, and emergency alerts.– Proposed solution shall integrate with box light front row conductor system, cisco call manager, and Verkade access control solutions currently being used by the district.– Speakers, speaker wire (external or interior grade with appropriate gauge), amplifiers, microphones, interfacing equipment, audio transformers, and control hardware.– Integration with district phone system, fire alarms, front row conductor system, Verkade access control, and other district's security systems.– Removal of obsolete decommissioned equipment and cabling.– Structured cabling and network integration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2025.
