A district in Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive refresh of its public address (PA) system. The scope of work includes designing a solution that supports paging, intercom functions, bell schedules, and emergency alerts. The new system must integrate seamlessly with existing technology, including the Boxlight Front Row Conductor system, Cisco Call Manager, Verkade access control, the district's phone system, fire alarms, and other security systems.

The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing all necessary components, such as speakers, speaker wire (appropriate for internal or external use), amplifiers, microphones, interfacing equipment, audio transformers, and control hardware. Additionally, the vendor will manage the removal of obsolete equipment and cabling, as well as provide structured cabling and ensure network integration to support the updated PA system.
