The East Services Branch, Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO) at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Provation Software, Inc. for endoscopy software system services and maintenance. This procurement supports the Womack Army Medical Center's Gastroenterology department.

As part of the maintenance agreement, Provation Software, Inc. will be responsible for correcting documented failures in the licensed software to ensure it performs according to specifications. The provider will supply software updates made generally available to the medical center during the maintenance term; however, installation and implementation services or related out-of-pocket costs for these updates are not included. Telephone and remote access support will also be available as outlined in the vendor's Customer Support Handbook.

The covered services include Provation MD for Pulmonology, encompassing procedure documentation, image capture, automated coding, and structured data capture and reporting. Annual maintenance services extend to regular technical and application support, along with ongoing software updates. Maintenance is applicable to the current and immediate prior software versions in accordance with the vendor’s support policies.
