DESCRIPTION

The contracting organization seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive property vendor management solution. The selected provider will be responsible for administering and managing the Property Vendor Management Service (PVMS) for remediation and construction contractors, maintaining an active contractor network, and offering related services to support business operations nationwide in Canada.

The solution must include the development and maintenance of robust information security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard the service provider’s facilities and operations. This includes establishing administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards in accordance with industry best practices, scaled to the amount and sensitivity of information handled. The vendor must ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of organizational data, proactively protect against threats, and guard against unauthorized access, use, modification, or disclosure of information.
