DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide propane furnace and air conditioning installation services. The contractor will be responsible for installing three new Bard Model # W36G3–AXB forced air furnaces with cooling units, or approved equivalents, integrating them with the existing ductwork.

All necessary lines, fittings, and wiring must be supplied and installed to ensure proper connections, with the requirement to utilize the current thermostat system and install a new line wire for the far unit thermostat. The contractor will also be responsible for connecting condensate lines and performing all work to minimize any disruption to facility operations. Public safety must be maintained by installing appropriate barricades, signs, and other measures as directed by the agency’s Maintenance Supervisor or designee. The worksite should remain safe, neat, and organized at all times. Additionally, the contractor will handle coordination, off-loading, and storage of all required materials, supplies, and equipment through final inspection.

The contract period is for one year. All questions regarding the scope of work must be submitted by June 14, 2026.
