(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional products Supplies.– Includes, but not limited to: Design, printing, possible delivery of said items, formatting, graphic designs, and assembly and binding for the purpose of advertising or promoting said agenda– Promotional items can be physical or digital in nature. Examples of items may include tote bags, t–shirts, pens, cups, although this is not an exhaustive list.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2026.
